Sleep Number

Peg in the Myrtle Beach store was so very helpful in getting us a good deal on a great mattress. Once we made the purchase and scheduled the delivery, Peg kept us up-to-date on the delivery and when we didn’t hear the day before regarding when the delivery would arrive Peg had the answer! Peg then followed-up to ensure the delivery had gone smoothly and that we loved the bed!. Just demonstrates that it isn’t all about the sale but also the customer’s happiness with the product! We are repeat Sleep Number customers and thanks to the continuing excellent customer service we will continue to be a Sleep Number customer. We bought our first Sleep Number bed in 2004!!

Absolutely love our Sleep Number Bed! The process of finding our perfect number was made easy for us due to the fantastic guidance from Peg. She took a lot of time working with us and didn’t once make us feel like another. Would definitely recommend Peg! And the bed is awesome!

My wife and I were shopping for a new bed, and since we’ve had such a good experience with Sleep Number in the past, we wanted to see what Sleep Number currently offers. The staff there were more than patient with us, as we must have visited the store 4 times before purchasing. We had questions. Then more questions. Then even more questions. And each visit they would take the time to answer questions, demonstrate the features of the bed, and show us each option, along with fabric samples for a new headboard and sillouette. We really appreciated the no pressure sales team, which made buying from Sleep Number a pleasure.

My wife loves the new Sleep Number bed. She enjoys the zero gravity setting and now sleeps on her back peacefully. As for myself, the jury is still out. I’ll know more in 10 years or so. It feels a little flimsy when compared to the temperpedic I’ve enjoyed over the last 10 years. But for now I am very happy with it though I’ve only had our new bed for two weeks. As for the people behind the product, I am very pleased. They are helpful right down to the billing questions. Just a side note, they will try to sell you a mattress protection pad and a three year warranty. I bought both and can kick my butt for it. The mattress has a 15 year limited warranty. And with the mattress pads costing $270.00, they must be lined with gold!

We really enjoy the bed. Peg at our local store was GREAT. she explained everything and has followed up every week or so. If i have questions she is always very helpful. Great experience. The bed takes a little time yo get ysed to but feel I am sleeping so much better
