I had a great experience shopping here. Victor Cook, the manager, was very helpful in my purchase of a bunkie board for my granddaughters’ new bunk bed. He showed me what my options were, and negotiated a great price. And sometimes there’s a fun five-minute friendship, and this was one of those times. I would definitely shop there again—customer service was exceptional!

This is my first experience at a mattress shop where customer service was more enjoyable than the shopping itself. She was super charismatic and willing to help find the best deals and prices for our needs. She deserves a big raise because in today's retail world finding help like hers, it's so hard to find. She found us the best prices and we left more than satisfied with our product. They really do have the BEST PRICES AROUND. I'm sure if you shop online and then go and compare to their mattresses in store, they will definitely beat that price each time. Give them a chance, and you will see! Can't wait to return to purchase my next mattress that will be my permanent bed! They have every size and type of mattress you may need. I myself purchased a bed in a box and a high-rise frame. They also have multiple thousand paged catalogs that you can order from, and they guarantee quick shipping and delivery. They have all type of (bougie) sheets, pillows, and comforters. After experiencing back and sciatic nerve pain resulting from sleeping on an old, worn out mattress, I decided to pay this location a visit—and I’m glad I did! The store manager, Victor Cook, was superb! From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me find a mattress that suited my needs. When I expressed reluctance to make a purchase during my first visit, Victor was considerate—not like a typical salesman. I decided to return later the next week to make my purchase, and he made it swift and simple! I can see why this store has a near perfect rating. Phenomenal service!

They even got it delivered today on Christmas Eve in time for us to nestle all snug in the new Serta iComfortPro bed, While visions of sugar-plums danced in our heads!!! A great shout out to the delivery crew as the thing is really stout and takes a full team to get it inside and set up. And they even hauled away our old mattress too!
