America's Mattress

While I was here with a family member and personally didn’t purchase a mattress, the customer service skills demonstrated tonight by one of the salesmen, Vance, led me to make this review. He was very clearly educated on pretty much every mattress in the store and took the time to explain the differences without any pressure. He genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the experience. The overall experience felt genuinely helpful, and he went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of in ways you don’t normally expect, especially from a mattress store

Vance and Ryan were very helpful today. Started at one location and went to the other to find the mattress that my grandparents felt comfortable in. They were both understanding and willing to work with us.

Vance was fantastic meeting our needs. We were looking for inexpensive and he was able to accommodate us on short notice. We got a great deal and quick availability for pickup.

Vance really helped us out! He helped guide us in the right direction after checking a few different mattress stores and feeling overwhelmed by the many options. We loved working with him for our purchase and we walked out today as happy owners of a new casa grande mattress!

Thanks to Vance I had a quick and easy experience. He wasn’t pushy like the other stores I had gone to. He was knowledgeable and helpful and gave me a great price on my new mattress. Go here and ask for Vance!
