Bought over $3,000 w Worth of furniture. Two mattresses and a sectional. A piece of the sectional broke within a few months and they came and picked it up it took over a month for us to get it back and all they had to do was replace a simple board. We had to repeatedly call them After a month to finally get some kind of response other than will call you at the end of the week which they would never do... We expressed that we were not happy and would more than likely take our business elsewhere in the future and they were perfectly OK with that they said and I "that is fine… not a way to run a business. I would try to keep my customers and make them happy , especially if the merchandise I sold them was faulty. .. We delt with uninformed and non caring staff That would repeatedly not return phone calls. I will definitely not be going back there and encourage you to go elsewhere
