After my delivery was made I was messaged how was my experience. I shared with Ashley at that time that we were not happy with our sofas being dropped from the truck by one guy and that my husband fearing what further damage they could do said he would place legs on himself..I told them at that moment I have not examined sofas because legs were not on yet but that I would message again if there was a problem. After sitting on the sofas that same day I did message that the sofas all three were ok but floor was scratched and I would need to keep it covered with rug.I did not ASK for anything . I received a response of a claim can be filed and my number assigned to me so I filled out and took pics as they said.I was asked what I felt was fair settlement I only said I did not receive white glove and being reimbursed to regular delivery be ok. I was only answering your message how was your delivery. I was encouraged to file claim . I reluctantly did so. I asked very little of you just to be insulted with your certified letter I had to sign for! This was my 3rd living room set in 2 year time .Cash! and I see how much you appreciate my business.

Staff was wonderful!!!! Wish we would have when there to start with. Very knowledgeable and our salesman was great. Mr Charles Rogers was our salesman and you could not ask for better help. As we waited and got to talk with other staff we realized everyone there was friendly and ready and we any questions. Thank you again for a great buying experience

I found the vehicle I desired online at Honda of Jonesboro. (on the Car Gurus site) They forwarded my info and I was contacted almost instantly bt Ashley! She was very nice. We went to your dealership and met with her. We quickly developed a rapport and very quickly it felt as though we had made a real friend! She made our purchase smooth and painless. We are very happy custoners!

Very positive experience. My salesman, Brian, was very knowledgeable without sounding condescending, and he was respectful and patient answering all my questions. He was not pushy, which I appreciated so much! I don’t like sales people who hover too much. There was a new employee too (I’m sorry I forgot his name) who was also very helpful and pleasant. I did buy the mattress, adjustable base and mattress protector, and I can’t wait for it to be delivered.

I have had such a horrible experience. I would not recommend this store. I received 2 damaged tables in a row. It has been difficult to schedule all the deliveries and pick ups and very difficult to get in touch with my salesperson for any help. After receiving 2 broken tables I was scheduled for a third and didn’t find out until inside the confirmed delivery window (I had to message and ask if I was still receiving my order) that the 3rd table would not come in that day and would not be in stock until 9 days later. This has been so frustrating and I just want a refund, but still have not received one. UPDATE: the number on the reply to the comment doesn’t work. And just a warning, if you have any issues, good luck getting a refund. They will take advantage of you.
