Mattress Firm Jonesboro

We were searching for a King size mattress and just by chance stopped in the Jonesboro store on our way to another store. The salesman was named Darius. He was SO helpful! Not a hard sell salesman but actually very helpful in helping us find what WE wanted. Such a nice and professional young man. We never made it to the other store we had set out to visit. We purchased just what we wanted at Mattress Firm and at a very good price! Great experience.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with our experience with Mattress Firm. AJ was courteous, knowledgeable and made our experience seamless and comfortable. Along with that, she was a pleasure to converse with and just an overall nice person. Highly recommend Mattress Firm and highly recommend you request AJ as your sleep expert!

AJ was very nice and knowledgeable. She took us right to a bed that ended up being exactly what we wanted. She made sure she had all the information so we could make an informed decision on our purchase by calling and speaking to a manager to make sure she was telling us the correct information— which we really appreciated as it did help us make a decision on what we wanted and didn’t want. She even made sure to mention that we could have a short period of sleep regression as we break in our new bed. They also have a very reasonable extended warranty which we purchased as it’s well worth it. The only thing I wish was better is the delivery time, as we have to wait 15 days to get our new bed, but that’s completely out of her hands, so I’m not letting it impact my rating. Overall, very easy experience, very friendly and welcoming store. I’m extremely happy we decided to go with this company.

Darius was so helpful helping me find a new mattress. He answered a ton of questions and let me try out all the mattresses that had the specifications I wanted. He worked with me on the price and delivery options as well. Very pleased with the service at Mattress Firm. Definitely Recommend.

Darius is the G.O.A.T.! Not only was he upfront and honest but he made sure I was comfortable with making my purchase at EVERY step. If you need a new mattress and if your body is begging you to treat it to one specific to your needs: you won’t regret purple or Darius!
