America's Mattress

I bought a fairly inexpensive mattress from Dave about 18 months ago and it recently failed. With photos showing the issue and my receipts etc, he took it back with no further questions. He was very gracious and although I could have exchanged for the same mattress or received a total refund, he recommended another, better mattress that was on sale- Presidents Day yay! The mattress was about $50 more than the returned one, and he did not charge for the extra cost. I highly recommend working with Dave at Americas Mattress in Onalaska WI.

Dave was amazing to work with, really helping us to find the right thing with no pushing of more expensive models. Our mattress was delivered with free delivery, the day it came in on the truck, after we were done with work. Top notch experience!

Kudos! Dave provided a great experience and knowledge as I was shopping for an aging parent’s needs. Thank you for your understanding. Delivery and set up were exceptional. They had Mom sit on the bed to make sure the height was appropriate (many falls are caused by the bed height being too high).

Dave was awesome to work with. He pointed us in the right direction for our budget and taste of comfort. He was knowledgeable on the different products, and honest in his recommendations. I would suggest them to anyone wanting a new night of sleep without the sales pressure.

This was initially going to be our first stop of many in search of a new mattress. Dave was very knowledgeable about his product. He asked pointed questions about our needs prior to even starting to have us try out the mattresses so he knew what would work and what would not for our situation. Thus not wasting our time trying every one and being confused. He was not pushy at all. Very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We have great peace of mind dealing with someone local and know if any questions come up he is only a phone call away. His laid back nature and comfort in the knowledge of the product and listening skills is what helped us make the decision to buy here and not shop around anywhere else. Great job and looking forward to a good nights sleep once our shipment comes in. Thanks Dave for your compassion in what you do to help others get a great nights sleep.
