It was well worth the wait for our chairs to be made in a different color than the sofa. We love the comfort and quality of this furniture, our La Crosse salesperson Max, and the other staff interactions that we had at the La Crosse location. This was our first experience with Hom Furniture, and we look forward to doing business again. Dec., 2025 Update: We saw Max at Hom again to purchase a new dining table. He helped us choose a beautiful Amish-made, expandable table and 6 chairs. It’s beautiful, and we’re so happy with the quality. 5/14/2026 UPDATE We went back to Max at Hom La Crosse and he put us in touch with Mary Tallman, one of the interior design team members at Hom.The furniture we purchased last year was moved to our basement family room, and Mary helped us design a new look for the living room. My husband wanted a sitting area where he could watch the snow come down. Now I can’t get him out of the new swivel barrel chairs! They are without a doubt, the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat on! The unique styling of the Drake Tiffany style lamps adds charm to the room. The colorful, yet subtle, rugs are perfectly matched to the furniture. We love the new TV console and Eloise coffee and side tables. Mary has a keen eye for colors and patterns that complement your living space that is everything you want it to be. Thank you again, Mary (and Max).
View on GoogleOur sales representative Ryan was friendly and non pushy, giving us time to browse the store yet available to offer guidance when needed. Our sofa was delivered a week earlier - in time for Easter Sunday and setup right where we needed it. We’re excited to start using it and we look forward to making future purchases from HOM Furniture.
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience with HOM—from the sales floor to delivery. I was very interested in a couch but wasn’t sure if it would fit in my building. The HOM team came out to measure the space ahead of time to ensure a smooth delivery and communicated openly throughout the process about whether they thought it would fit. It did! On delivery day, the gentlemen were professional, efficient, and in and out in about 25 minutes. I would highly recommend HOM.
View on GoogleGreat store. I was assisted by Justin S., he was friendly and knowledgeable. It was an easy no pressure experience. He was available to answer questions after my purchase. Delivery team was professional and efficient. Overall great experience.
View on GoogleChristian is a very helpful sales person and has been for the past two years we furnished our unfurnished home. Today was no different in that he helped us with a matching custom order dresser to match the two night stands we purchased last year. We’ve furnished 80% to 85% of our home with Hom Furnishings. Great store and very helpful people working there.
