Appliance Wearhouse Factory was a great experience. I’m glad my Daughter recommended them for my new washer & dryer. A good price, friendly service in the store by Freedom and Terrell, and a great team lead by Chris to do the delivery. Everyone gave me assurance on my purchases and succeeded in fulfilling those promises. Thank you, and if I need a bed or appliances in the future, you will be the place I choose to find it and deal with.

Bought a floor model Dishwasher at a very fair price. They took my old dishwasher at no charge. I installed myself so I can't speak to that service. Jonathan helped the process along. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will return if I need another appliance.

Had a great experience at this location. Worked with both Randy and Jonathan and they both treated me well. Got a fridge, washer, and dryer all at once. Delivery went well with no hiccups. No complaints.

UPDATE: moved up to a 4 star After some phone tag, I was able to chat with Kasey, a very helpful manager, the unit sold me was marked incorrectly. I was able to get about a 16% discount on a different unit due to the error. I did opt to pick it up so that I didn't have to wait another week for delivery and it does a better job washing dishes than my teenager so a win! Once passed to a manager things went smoothly. I have used Appliance Factory for years, with 3 rental houses and my home I have purchased SO MANY large appliances from them and this is honestly the first time I have been let down. Bought via Online, figured why not every other instance has been great. There was a big discount on a dishwasher and I needed a replacement. Ordered, spoke with online sales, asked if there was anything wrong with it (hence the discount) was told only that it was out of box, ok, no problem. Delivered today and it was previously used, still had food gunk and mold stuck to the rack and drain tube, USED. The number the online division calls from doesn't work, I call the store, they tall me that online is the only one that can help me and they are sure that I will get a call shortly from 'them'. Will update as this unfolds but I have NEVER had anything like this happen with them before.

We were in the market for a new washer and dryer. We were approaching memorial day weekend. We saw a sale from Appliance Factory on appliances and we were thrilled to receive such a good price on the washer and dryer set! In addition the customer service at the store was phenomenal too. I would like to send a compliment to Terrell Moore at the Aurora store. Terrell took very good care of us. Thank you for that sir! We will definitely return soon as we will need another appliance in the near future. Hats off to Appliance Factory. Good job guys!
