I just purchased a Speed Queen TR7 and Alex was my salesperson. (Mattress Kingdom is co-located with Appliance Factory) Alex was great! She really knows washing machines and she was able to answer all my nerdy questions in a very articulate and unbiased manner! Alex helped me confirm what I thought I knew about front-load versus top-load machines and also that Speed Queen has a well-deserved reputation for quality and longevity. All of her help made for a painless purchase of a big-ticket item. Thanks Alex!
View on GoogleWe have had problems with their delivery service, however... Alex at Mattress Kingdom / Appliance Factory is our favorite sales rep! They have great products in stock, do their own delivery and servicing. We've bought 3 appliances. Support local! Delivery of fridge was cancelled absolutely last minute, leaving me wasting hours loading and unloading 50lbs of perishables and leaving them out to spoil for hours. They gave us a credit but it was a major hassle and I had to take time from work. Also our dishwasher delivery showed up very late but did a fine job installing it. The stove was cancelled and rescheduled though it wasn't an inconvenience for us at that time.

She went out of her way to find the product I was looking to purchase (which had some availability issues) and ended up selling me a display model when something fell through. She was communicative and helpful, and I never felt like she was pressuring me to make a purchase. Will return in the future!
