We recently bought a stove from Appliance Warehouse and had a great experience! Harry was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions. Liz, the owner, was also wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back for future appliance purchases. Highly recommend!!

Last year, I purchased a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with the very capable help of Fred Charland at Appliance Warehouse. I was so pleased and satisfied with the information and service supplied by Fred that I purchased a Maytag washing machine from him last week. Fred was both informative and efficient, and made the purchase process as pleasant as that type of transaction can be. I would not hesitate to recommend both Appliance Warehouse and Fred Chartland in the future.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the staff seemed friendly and they have a nice selection on display. However, the customer service falls short. I purchased a pricey GE 2-in-1 washer here, along with an entire appliance package about a year ago. When the washer began having issues, I discovered that the delivery crew had left the shipping brackets on and also removed the feet between the pedestal and the unit—both things GE specifically warns against because they can cause damage. Expecting Appliance Warehouse to help, I reached out, assuming they would stand behind their service and repairs. Instead, I was told to call GE directly, which is fine I guess. After two GE technicians confirmed that the brackets and missing feet could absolutely cause the problems I am experiencing, I contacted Appliance Warehouse again to see if, Step 1 to possibly resolve this, add the feet back on. During this time, I also emailed the sales rep and the sales team with videos and concerns—none of those emails were ever answered. I was assured by phone that someone would look into it, and call the delivery team and this would be addressed. They said they would call the next day. Here we are almost a week later and no call or attempt to contact. Which it is what it is, and i expected this based on their previous lack of response and have cut my loss, and ordered a new set from Barons. If you’re considering buying here, I wouldn’t recommend it. They offer no added value over Barons or somewhere like Best Buy, despite claiming to provide customer service and post-sale support, etc etc.

Professional from start to finish. Never tried to “sell us something” but invested time listening to our wants and needs and pivoted accordingly. ALL the appliances we purchased were better than what we walked in the door looking for. Appreciate Dan for sure.

Angie was A+!! Very knowledgeable! Didn’t push the most expensive appliances. She took the time to ask questions & helped me every step of the way! Can’t wait to get my new appliances! HIGHLY recommend!
