Excellent experience at Bob’s recently. My wife and I were looking for a new couch. We found multiple options that met our needs. Our salesperson Frank made it even easier for us. He answered all of our questions in a no pressure atmosphere.

We couldn’t have asked for better service . We had been shopping for the right sectional size shape color and price for 2 months. We were not in any hurry to purchase until the right fit was found . Honestly , Black Friday local “deals”. aren’t the best everywhere. The double line cost after discounts , delivery , were around 5,500.00 !! This is for a SECTIONAL COUCH !! Not mentioning any retailers by name , S Portland company offered a 15% Black Friday discount for a floor model that was in the showroom for 2 1/2 yrs. Sat on, jumped on in their Ad .. sticker price 6,300.00. Comparing quality, durability , warranty’s etc , Bobs Discount Furniture in Seabrook NH.. had all others beat hands down We saved 2,000.00 . Without sales pitch spiel. I highly recommend Bobs Discount Furnuture !!!! That will from here on out , be our choice !! Great Service !!!!

I recently purchased several pieces from Bob’s furniture. Every experience has been fantastic and the quality is above and beyond what I expected. I want to especially highlight Matt, who we always seek out whenever we visit the store, he’s consistently kind, genuine and highly professional, making the process enjoyable and stress-free. His attention to our needs and his honest advice has made us loyal customers. If your looking for excellent service, ask for Matt, you won’t be disappointed!

From the moment I walked into the furniture store until the day my furniture was delivered, this entire experience was nothing but a nightmare. Buying new furniture is supposed to be an exciting and enjoyable experience, but this was the complete opposite. From the salesperson, Evan, to the manager, Corey, the level of customer service was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, promises were not kept, and I was left feeling frustrated throughout the entire process. Instead of being treated like a valued customer, I felt like my concerns were ignored. I expected professionalism and a smooth purchasing experience, especially for such a significant purchase, but unfortunately, this was the worst furniture-buying experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. I sincerely hope corporate takes steps to improve the professionalism, training, and accountability of its sales staff and managers so future customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Everything was easy at Bob’s. We never felt pressured, only supported. Matt was fantastic. He answered our questions and was incredibly friendly. We love Bob’s and have been buying all our furniture from them. I love their no interest for a year plan. It makes it easier to afford things. We went in for a kitchen table and walked out with an adjustable bed, new couch and yes, the kitchen table. Thank you Bob’s for another amazing experience
