Ashley Store

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome by Da’Sean. I explained that I had my eye on the Ashley Bracken Display Cabinet, but it was outside of my budget. He let me know it was actually on sale and worked with me to get the price much closer to what I could afford. I was absolutely thrilled because I had been hoping to bring this cabinet home! The entire experience was easy, hassle-free, and genuinely positive. I never felt pressured, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend shopping here and truly appreciate the excellent service at the Ashley Furniture Store in Middle River.

Our loyalty to Ashley Furniture began years ago in Georgia with a purchase from Big Lots that exceeded all expectations. Since moving to Maryland, we have consistently returned to the Ashley store on Pulaski Highway. After four separate purchases, we remain delighted with the quality, delivery, and overall service. On our most recent visit, we were delighted to be assisted by Da Sean for the third time! He and Manny, who handled the sales details, provided a seamless experience for the New Year’s sale. Both Da Sean and Manny are 10-star professionals who make furniture shopping a pleasure.

Gwen did an amazing job! I originally came in just to window shop, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable that I ended up purchasing bedroom furniture for both myself and my daughter. While we were there, my daughter also found the perfect bedroom set and ended up buying dining room and living room furniture as well. Gwen made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. I highly recommend asking for Gwen if you’re shopping for furniture!

I visited the Rosedale location on Pulaski Hwy. I was greeted by a pleasant voice. Her name was Gwen. She asked me my name and then introduced herself. She asked me and my fiancé what we’re looking for. We explained to her exactly what it was we were looking for and she proceeded to show us 3 nice entertainment sets for our basement. Gwen was professional, and very pleasant to talk too. She even had showed us one of the pieces was harm proof. She demonstrated with a tac that the furniture will not be harmed, by poking holes, and scratching it. Great demonstration from a sales person. That was a first time for me. After showing us those 3 pieces of furniture. We chose the best even though they all were great. Gwen made the decision, a whole lot easy. Thank you!!

Gwen was outstanding very paitent with us especially having a toddler trying to jump on everything. Highly recommend people to come checkout the inventory and especially ask for Gwen!
