When we first walked into the door we were greeted by Tom, he was very friendly and courteous and let us browse around without looking over our shoulder. When we were ready, Tom was there to help us. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all the questions that we had about the product. Felt really at home and was a great experience. Will definitely go to Ashley again if the need arrives.
View on GoogleThe delivery drivers and sales service were both good but the actual delivery of our chairs was a headache. We understand things happen but The truck got stuck in our yard in which a tow truck was called. Now we have ruts so deep it is nearly to my knees. Hopefully this will be made right from company. Otherwise chairs so far are great and delivery men were kind and friendly.

I cannot remember their name let me tell you the driver went above an beyond as a delivery person Everyone has been great to us. View on GoogleI have two separate experiences and both have been equally unpleasant. The first experience is based on a couch that took over 60 days to stock after being promised by sales staff to be ready for pickup in warehouse. We were told it would be ready to pick up at the end of the week. $2000 and 60 days later we finally got our couch. But we were somewhat understanding. Maybe it was a Sleazy salesman. We gave Ashley another shot on a bedroom set. But we used delivery (we didn’t want to go through the same headache). I shouldn’t be surprised but they managed to screw that up again. Mattress delivered but they failed to deliver everything else. Was promised a hotshot same day delivery to make it right. Another empty promise. We will sleep on a mattress on the ground because they can’t deliver for another week. Ashley has decent prices but I would pay double to never deal with Ashley again.
