My husband and I have bought all of our furniture from Johnsons Furniture. We keep going back when we need something new! Tammy Williams takes care of us. She is not only knowledgeable of the furniture, and financing , but is very friendly and always takes good care of us ! Our most recent purchase, was our bed. Which we love. We just purchased two beautiful leather recliners and a rocker recliner from Johnson’s Furniture, and we couldn’t be happier! Tammy Williams made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the furniture, answered our questions, and always returned our calls promptly. Whether in the store or on the phone, Tammy took excellent care of us. Johnson’s is our “go to” store for all of our furniture needs. We have bought from Johnson’s for about 6 years now and Tammy Williams has been our sales person since day 1. She has always been super helpful both in person and by phone especially since we aren’t local. We have grown to depend on her and their excellent service. We love that their inventory is available and we aren’t ordering, and they deliver to our home 1.5 hrs away!

I feel like from the start we weren’t told the truth on anything by the manager who sold us our furniture. We were told all but one item was in stock and the other would be in the following week. It’s a month later and we still don’t have 2 pieces. We ordered a bedroom suite, mattress set and living room furniture… the bedroom furniture arrived with chips and the drawers weren’t working properly. The bedroom furniture that arrived was cracked and looked like someone took a brown marker to cover up some spots on the furniture. We met with another manager and ultimately decided to return the bedroom set and while sitting on the couch I noticed one of the cushions didn’t even have a zipper on it and the cover was coming off of the foam so it was delivered knowing that it was like this. Contacted customer support and they said they would get us another cover for the couch cushion but it would take 3-4 weeks to come in. The manager we originally spoke with wasn’t honest about the financing and either. We won’t ever shop here again. Update: The reply from Johnson’s says that these pictures were taken at the outlet and not our home. That’s false. I have texts to the manager to prove that they were taken from my home once the items were delivered. My name is Jason and they did take the furniture back. I just feel like we were mislead on a lot of things. Thank you for your response
