My fiance and I were excited to purchase this dining set from Ashley Furniture on Black Friday in November. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. When our delivery arrived, we discovered that our sales associate Jessica had ordered the wrong table. She was literally sitting with us at the table while placing the order on her iPad, so this was very disappointing. To make matters worse, she initially tried to charge us the regular price instead of the Black Friday deal, until my fiance reminded her of the sale. The manager Nate told us our correct table would be delivered on January 2nd. My fiance took that day off work to be home for the delivery, only to find out that the delivery was never scheduled at all. We eventually requested a refund and we were told it would take up to 7 business days to receive a check. It's now January and we still have not received anything. It’s upsetting to feel like the salesperson was paid, yet we were left with nothing but wasted time and stress. Overall this was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be doing business with Ashley Furniture again.
View on GoogleWorking with Jordan & Carla was a very nice experience. We purchased a living room set & a Temper Pedic bedroom set. All of it will be delivered in about 10 days. They were very knowledgeable about everything. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you, Jordan & Carla.
View on GoogleGarret was amazing. He quickly assessed my needs and was able to find the pieces that coordinated. He moved pieces so that they could be viewed together. He spent an inordinate amount of time to be sure I had what I wanted and needed. What a great asset for your company😒
View on GoogleJacob spent hours with us, testing tons of different living room groups and pricing each one out. He was so patient and pleasant to deal with! I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping Ashley, he’s the best!
View on GoogleFrom the moment my husband and I walked in the store we felt welcome. We were looking for a sectional with recliners, Garrett was super awesome pointed us in the right direction he explained all the details of each set and even gave us suggestions when I said I wanted a liftable table to go with it. Our whole experience was great and we are excited to get our new furniture. Thank you Garrett for the wonderful experience.
