Walked in looking to purchase a mattress. Sales associate was helping another customer but we were not greeted at all. Not even a "welcome in we'll be right with you." We did walk around for a bit and did not see any other employees come out. We saw a couple of mattresses we were interested in but decided to leave since we were not acknowledged.

We love the pillows we got from Sleep-N-Aire! We got there 5 minutes before they closed and not only did they let us in, they stayed and extra 10 minutes past closing time to help us find the perfect pillows. All the staff were extremely friendly and patient, and their prices were perfect. I highly recommend Sleep-N-Aire if you're in need of bedding! ❤

I really need to do this review. We were happy with sales person. I feel I wasn’t informed enough. I’m not the expert. The first issue was our fault due to bed size. They were great with switching to a more EXPENSIVE bed. The new bed ( king) was fine but because 1 mattress had VIBRATION not massage changed the whole picture. Long story short I have 2 very different mattresses with one side a completely different base. Feels and looks horrible because I roll down on to the other side. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT SHOW MY BEDROOM.I tried to get help and was told they were close out items and could not be fixed. I dread going to bed.I REPORTED THESE ISSUES WITHIN A WEEK. These are expensive beds. Please do more research. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING WITH NO HELP! I was trying to help the local business.

Super super happy we were recommended this place. My husband and I were treated with nothing but great customer service! We found a new line they had in the store Thermo Balance cooling by Southerland. We took home the mattress and gave it a try for a week. Unfortunately, it wasn't the one for us. They made the process so smooth with just a phone call to exchange and order a new bed. The guys came and picked up the original mattress and set up the new mattress in no time! Super professional and kind. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. Their leasing options make it very helpful if you're not able to buy in full the same day. They recommended Acima, and everything was on the phone thru their app. The staff helped with switching the lease agreement thru Acima, and it was a super smooth process. I'm very happy and can't wait to sleep in bed.

I can’t express how wonderful they are. It is so worth supporting local. So friendly, attentative, and helpful. We love our bed and would recommend them over and over again. Also, we were parents with a 6 year old and some how he managed to fill us in on all the information about all the beds and keep our son entertained.
