Ashley Store

The local sales people are great. My salesperson was fantastic. She made the sale for me. Unfortunately, the entire infrastructure of Ashley furniture is inexcusably bad. Lead time should never be 3 weeks. Lead time should never change; much less more than once. My house is in a different town that I work in. I can't just arbitrarily hope that the scheduled delivery won't change. I have to rely on people and schedule my own accommodations based on an assumption. There are other furniture stores within just a couple of miles. Go there. Ashley wants top dollar for your furniture but they have air conditioning registers in the showroom collecting condensate water in a trash can. The margins are way too flexible for somebody unwilling to repair their own facility. The staff is great. The corporate experience was atrocious and I canceled my order. 3 weeks in an empty just because you like the salesperson? I'm good. Ashley furniture owes my salesperson an apology.

I ordered an end table from Lafayette the people were great they told me my table would be delivered in two days well it was delivered in five days they said between 2-3pm it was delivered at 8:50 pm they didn’t set it up I’m very disappointed I’ll never order from you guys again

After not receiving good service at another location, we drove over an hour to the Lafayette location. Upon arrival we were treated like royalty, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They totally change our opinion about Ashley Furniture. Because of the sales team and Management we made a purchase. Exceptional team.

We went to Ashley in Lafayette, LA. to look at living room sets. When we walked in we told the sales person why we were there, they pointed out where the furniture was located so we could look around. No one followed us around and we were able to look freely. Needless to say we found something we liked & purchased it. The staff were cordial. Devan was very helpful & took care of our needs. Ashley was also very helpful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I purchased a large selection for $12000 for my living room one month ago. When I purchased the furniture they told me it’s coming in 2 weeks and they scheduled the delivery but it never get to deliver they rescheduled this 3 times. Last week I spoke with them and they said oh we are so sorry for the inconvenience and this will be delivered this Saturday I told them I have an event scheduled in my house this Sunday so PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY DELIVER THIS TIME BECAUSE I CANNOT CANCEL THIS EVENT they were like oh no don’t worry we will but that Saturday I waited all day no delivery calling them they can’t give me exact answers what’s going on. And I purchased everything for this event tomorrow I paid for the cake $350, ordered catering and paid $1200 for 50%, scheduled a makeup and paid her $70 bought drinks and everything but these people didn’t care I had to cancel the party for tomorrow and went to the store to told them everything and all they said was sorry nothing else and Canceled my order. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Not worth it there are a lots of furniture stores in Baton Rouge that have better prices and better service.
