Rooms To Go

Donyell was an amazing sales person. I was in rooms to go for at least a half hour and he was the only one to greet me. After walking around and finding what I needed for my mother, I found him and he made my experience easy and he answered all my questions. I was done with my purchase in less that 10 minutes.

Great experience this past weekend AND it was a holiday! Our salesman Donyell was perfect! He was not pushy and took his time with us, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He didn’t make us feel like we needed to make a purchase right away. He let us take our time, gave us our space when he knew we needed it, but was always still in our view for anymore questions we had. Thanks again Donyell!!! We will be back to make our next purchase and be sure to ask for you!

We had an excellent experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Ariel! We came in shopping for bedroom sets and a sofa, and she made the entire process easy, stress free and actually enjoyable. Ariel was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive without ever being pushy. One thing we really appreciated was how she gave us space to look around and talk things over without breathing down our necks, while still checking in to make sure we didn’t have any questions or need help. We were greeted at the front of store by Lance. He was super respectful of allowing us to browse the store. When we had made our selection, I found Lance. He answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable and great people skills!
