The store is helpful enough, but the online/phone customer service is not very helpful. After multiple delays for my table base ordered on Black Friday (the chairs and table top were delivered to us a month ago) without being notified, after reaching out myself to customer service I am now being informed that my table base won't be available for delivery until 3/26/26. I ordered it three months ago. As recompense they offered %10 off just the base. This is the worst experience I've had with furniture delivery due to multiple backorders, and the fact that I have to reach out to be informed every time.
View on GoogleCustomer service was top notch from the manager and Shelby the day we purchased our furniture. They were working minus a staff and made our experience worth it. I had some difficulties getting the transaction finished, but the manager worked with me and the merchant to see it through! They deserve a raise!!
View on GoogleNoah was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us make our decision.
View on GoogleRonnie Freeman was our sales person and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, we got a better deal. We had to finance through another option which through no fault of Ronnie he had to charge us more. It was because of our credit.
View on GoogleAfter a rocky start on delivery (They had the wrong phone number in file so I never got the confirmation text) we got our couch. Love the app so I could track where the delivery truck was with approximate delivery time. The technicians were very nice and speedy.
