Ashley Store

Josh was very helpful enlightening us on all the financial options that the company had to offer us to make our purchase an easy decision. He was there to help with any questions we had financially, furniture, sale items and discounts. Not once did he stand over us try to push a sale or have us hurry to make a decision. You could tell he wanted to make sure that our needs were met. I must be honest we did only go to look and get some information but with with Josh's professionalism with customer service he made us feel like if we were interested in something it was because we wanted it and not the sale for the sales person. One thing I did like about the store I was able to pre-check to see if i qualified for financing without the embarrassment of finding something and then being told by a salesperson “you didn’t qualify” that was a nicer way for customers to check for themselves and keeping the answer to the individual. Thank you Josh for a great experience.

Went to Ashley today to look at recliners for a room we are remodeling in our home. Chasity greeted me at the door and asked what I wanted to look at. She directed me to an area of beautiful furniture and a section of recliners. She recommended a recliner that she herself purchased for her nursery. Told me all the wonderful features of the recliner and asked me to try it out. Instantly fell in love with the chair. It was very comfortable and had great features. She told me about a special they were offering for Presidents Day. I was interested. Told her I needed to purchase 2 recliners. She offered a bigger discount with purchasing more. I told her I was interested in a loveseat eventually also. She showed a loveseat that matched the recliner. I instantly fell in love with it too. Chastity told me about furniture protection plan that suited my needs. I asked about financing and she set me up. I applied, got approval then with my $2000 deposit I was able to purchase a coffee table, two end tables and a tv stand. Chasity was so friendly and so helpful. We set up a delivery date and I left the store with a room full of wonderful furniture for my home. So thrilled. I will be back to check out lamps and additional decor. I am very satisfied with Chasity and my experience with Ashley Furniture.

Tyler greeted me as I entered the store. He was very friendly , courteous, and knowledgeable. I told him that I was looking for a power recliner and he showed me all my options. I was able to try out multiple recliners. Tyler told me the features of each recliner and I was able to purchase the recliner that was best for me. The whole process was very efficient and easy.

Chastity, at the Medina location, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very friendly and informed and most importantly, we never felt pressured. We look forward to taking receipt of our new purchases!
