Kole was wonderful. We came in knowing for the most part what we wanted, he listened to us and guided us to the items we wanted and it helped us make the right choices. Jessica, I believe her name was assisted kole and us in getting some great discounts and the checkout process was simple and fast. This is why we shop at ashley. We have gotten many items thru the years at ashley and always had a great experience but this one was the best

The moment we walked in we were greeted by Nerian. The experience was awesome we were able to walk around freely and not feel uncomfortable having a salesperson following you. When I did have a question both Nerian & I believe Mgr. Jackie were awesome. I was looking for something reasonably priced for my son’s first apartment . I did purchase a floor model couch and floor model table set & was also given a discount. 😊 I cannot say enough about the Wind Gap store and their employees. I totally recommend this store and I will definitely be back. Thank you Nerian & Jackie!

Our experience at Ashley Furniture in Wind Gap was absolutely outstanding, and it’s all thanks to Brandon! Shopping for furniture with a young child can be challenging, and shopping with our autistic son can sometimes make it even more difficult. Brandon went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we walked in. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He even gave our son fidget toys to help keep him engaged and never once made us feel like we were a burden. He encouraged our son to test out the furniture, climb on pieces safely, and truly experience everything the showroom had to offer. What stood out most was Brandon’s approach to customer service. Earlier that week, we had visited Raymour & Flanigan and felt uncomfortably followed throughout the store, making it difficult to browse and discuss our options. At Ashley Furniture, Brandon struck the perfect balance. He was always available when we had questions, offered helpful guidance without being pushy, and gave us the breathing room we needed to shop at our own pace. Because of Brandon’s exceptional customer service, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into an enjoyable experience for our entire family. Makayla at Ashley Furniture Wind Gap was very helpful. Attentive without being pushy. Knew where the product I went in looking for was (Larce 2 Piece Sectional in Dune). They matched online pricing with an extra discount for Labor Day. Pricing included white glove delivery & happened within a week. Delivery guy were early and arrived at exact time they said when they called. Efficient, in and out in 10 minutes. Moved couch to where I asked. Good experience all around and we love our couch.

Bought a $4500 sofa set in April it’s July and still broken the wind gap store GM won’t call me this furniture is garbage and customer service sucks I will tell everyone I know don’t buy from here I hope they read this I know a lot of people. You will loose a lot of sales and all they have to do is talk to me I paid 400 for white glove service they delivered the furniture spoke no English and left. What is the definition of white glove service I was told by the store they will go over everything and make sure it all works never did any of that!!!what a disappointing experience
