Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We had an amazing experience. Rupert was our sales consultant and he was very helpful and made the buying experience so easy. It was a wonderful time and highly recommend for anyone looking for new furniture to go and check it out. The store was so clean. The café was such a nice addition and made the buying experience super fun!!

I love the products and the customer service is excellent. Hannah our sales associate was very helpful and stayed in touch even after the products were purchased.

My experience at this particular store was great! The staff, Skye in particular & the manager Ricardo were phenomenal! Their own advertisements of their quality, store & pricing don’t live up to the in person experience you receive. As long as Bob’s Discount Furniture is around, I will always shop there!

From the minute I walked in I was greeted and introduced to Tom. He told me to look around and if he could help with anything please let him know. Was not following me around the store or pushy. I walked around found what I looking for, we talked and he offered something bigger and better for what I wanted. Very professional. I love shopping a Bob's! Can't wait for my delivery.

Melissa was an amazing representative, was going in just to take a look at mattresses and ended up leaving with one by the end of my experience. She was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy when explaining the pricing and details of all the mattresses. Extremely kind and personable, I would definitely recommend.
