i had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company in dallas! it's rare these days to find a plumber so quick to respond and easy to talk to. my septic system alarm went off and even though it was a pretty hot day, keith arrived the very same afternoon i called. he was honest about what was wrong—turns out the pump just needed some expert attention, not a full replacement. keith took the time to explain every step and made sure i understood the costs, even answering all my questions without rushing me. i'll definitely use this plumbing service again and recommend them to friends and neighbors!

After coming back from a trip, I noticed our shower wasn’t draining and there was a small drip from the shower arm. Elias responded to my call very quickly and was able to come out the next day. He figured out the issue right away and explained what caused the problem in a way that was easy to understand. Even though the repair needed some troubleshooting because of the way our house is built, Elias handled everything smoothly. He had all the right tools and fixed everything the same day. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and was very upfront about the cost. If you need a reliable plumber, I highly recommend calling them. Elias was professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really cares about doing a good job. He even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still working perfectly. The service was fantastic, and I felt really confident that our plumbing was in good hands. We’ll definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

But Elias followed up the next day to let me know a slot had opened. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and quickly cleared the drain. Their maintenance contracts are very affordable and well worth it for regular plumbing checkups. Today, I had my routine maintenance inspection, and Miguel handled everything efficiently and thoroughly, just as promised. He’s always friendly and professional. Recently, Miguel came out again to do some preventative maintenance we discussed, and he completed all the necessary work quickly and carefully. I really appreciate how he keeps me informed about what’s needed now and what might be a good idea for the future, like keeping an eye on pipes and checking for leaks under the house. Their service is very thorough and always high quality—you really can’t ask for better. After finishing up, they made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped up their footprints before leaving.
