Our company provided transportation services to Elite Mattress, and what began as a routine, mutually beneficial arrangement quickly turned into one of the worst business experiences we've encountered in the logistics industry. We extended a line of credit to Elite Mattress as a courtesy—something we reserve for clients we believe are trustworthy and serious about building long-term partnerships. Throughout the process, we communicated proactively, provided clear documentation, and executed every shipment with precision and care. We went above and beyond to showcase our values as a service provider: reliability, transparency, and professionalism. Once the invoices became due—totaling over $12,000—we were met with an entirely different version of this company. Instead of a reasonable conversation or even an inquiry about the charges, Shelbie and the receptionist became filled with hostility. Members of their team resorted to screaming at us, slamming the phone down mid-conversation, and outright refusing to pay, stating they didn’t "need to" honor their financial obligation--regardless of the amazing service that we provided them. We remained composed and professional in every interaction, choosing to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoping we could find a resolution. Unfortunately, our attempts to understand the reasoning behind their refusal were met with continued aggression, verbal abuse, and an alarming lack of accountability. We work with hundreds of shippers and receivers across the country and have built our reputation on integrity and service. Never in our years of operation have we been treated with such blatant disrespect and disregard for a legally binding agreement. We are sharing this review not just out of frustration—but as a public warning to other freight brokers, carriers, and transportation providers: do not extend credit, and proceed with extreme caution if you choose to do business with Elite Mattress. The financial risk is real, but even more concerning is the level of verbal abuse and unprofessionalism you may be subjected to. Our company is still owed over $12,000. We’re pursuing all avenues to recover the funds, but the time, energy, and mistreatment we’ve endured is something we wouldn’t wish on any reputable service provider.
