Let me start out by saying this company deserves more than a 5 star rating. I can’t believe the amount of customer service that was given for their product. Yong gave me his cell number and said call anytime which I put to the test. Yong answered his cell way after hours and even on the weekend to include Sunday. Yong was their every step of the way from taking the dimensions, ordering, delivering and installation. The adjustable bed was boxed up properly and arrived with no damage from California to Florida. Installation was a breeze and had absolutely no issues. If you have any reservations about Axleblooms products or services, have no fear as they are above a 5 star company! Update….spent over a month on the road with the new beds, they slept great and had absolutely no issues with any of the controls or bed frame. Highly recommend!

Yong, you installed a bed in our Tiffin 34PA a while ago. We are on our first trip since installation, and I wanted to tell you just how wonderful the bed is. We’ve had our motorhome since 2017 and have traveled 40,000 miles in it. I have never had a full night’s restful sleep since we’ve owned it. On a 2 1/2 month trip with the new bed, I have slept extremely well! I would recommend your bed to anyone looking for a comfortable bed that gives you an outstanding night’s sleep. From the 1st phone call all the way through helping me with my install, this place is AWESOME. Their engineering is wonderful. We have a Class C motorhome and wanted the same experience of our beds at home, while on the road. Our beds at home we split and both adjustable, feet and head. Yong and his team design beds that we were able to install a short queen SPLIT fully adjustable bed with remotes. Thanks Axel Bloom for the home away from home beds. We love them.

This is by far the best adjustable bed on the market. We have a standard adjustable bed at our house that is OK but we needed an adjustable for our RV and not many companies provide custom fit adjustable beds. Axel Bloom does. Update: I accidentally broke a bed slat. I asked to purchase 2 so I could fix the bed and have an extra just in case. He sent me 4 at no cost. Not saying he'll do that for everyone but that was extra nice. Best customer service EVER! First this really helpful guy started helping us with our order. Then he contacted us to ensure everything was perfect with delivery instructions. Then the same guy called to see if delivery was good and he gave me his cell to call if I needed help putting it together. The instructions were perfect so I did not need to call I broke a part and he is sending a replacement part. This guy should be employee of the year. Come to find out, he is the CEO/Owner Yong Axel Bloom. This is good Ole fashion customer service. The bed is made well and appears as though it will last for years. Thank you sir. Very happy customer.

I was very comfortable buying my new mattress over the phone without trying it first, It wasn't risky at all because I bought it from Axel Bloom. Quite a few years ago I bought an Axel Bloom mattress when the showroom was open. I had been very satisfied with it but finally knew it was time for a replacement. Fortunately the Axel Bloom website provides details about the composition and construction of their mattresses and the basis of their design to maximize comfort. And the information and assistance that I received from Yong Lee made the process understandable and easy. Best of all, as I get in bed each night I know that I bought the best mattress.
