The Futon Shop

I recently bought several items from The Futon Shop including bucket pillows, a mini body pillow, copper-infused pillowcases, and a mattress pad and I’m extremely satisfied with the outstanding quality of every single product. Customer service went above and beyond. We came to the store to pick up our order and Stephanie, the sales representative, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of our organic cotton blankets was delayed at the warehouse, and when it finally arrived, Stephanie was so kind that she offered to personally deliver it to our home. That level of service is rare and so appreciated! We love everything we purchased, and I’ll definitely be making The Futon Shop my regular go-to place for all things cozy and organic. Thank you, Stephanie, for making the experience so positive!

I would like to share my experience with the futon shop, Los Angeles. What an easy and pleasant experience this was…….. We purchased two futons for an office and guestroom. We had some questions and Stephanie was absolutely amazing answered all of our questions extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was absolutely amazing. my wife and I were definitely impressed along with the shipping department. Everything went smoothly. The Futon Shop is an excellent place! The staff was wonderful, from a phone call I made to the reception in store- they made the experience very pleasurable, were informative, adaptable and provided great service! The products are really well designed and built- made it extra enticing to go there! If you order online the experience is also very good and the products arrive promptly. I had a wonderful experience at the Futon Shop. Stephanie was able to show me all the possibilities for a futon bed. She was so knowledgeable and friendly that it made the experience quite fun. I got the perfect futon bed-- which has been wonderful for my back! I have just moved to PA and am looking for a futon sofa but cannot find anything as comfortable as the one I tried in LA at the Futon Shop; I wish they delivered to Philadelphia.

I bought an old futon from them for my daughter years ago in-store and I've stayed on their mailing list because there's a few things I've been thinking about buying. However I think I don't pull the trigger because it's infuriating how the have these 'scam sales'. In short, there is never a real sale. They just permanently have a higher price scratched out and the price your paying as a sale price 365 days a year, you know the type of business I'm talking about. This is one. I'm not one to return something after I've tried it so I wanted to try one of their toppers but wanted to buy it on sale, in the event I don't like it I can gift it or put it in our guest house or a guest room, but its never been on sale even when its being promoted at 50% off!....or..up to 70% off labor day sales on this site (yes, including the topper). And it's still $688 on a super-sale. It's been $688 with no sale, it's still $688 during any sale, and it will always be $688 until they raise the price. Don't you think they know what the definition of a SALE is or that people dont check in?, because its never on sale if the higher price is not is normal all year round price. Infuriating. If I would have actually tried one of these and liked it I probably would have bought one for all the beds in our house but their scammish marketing immediately puts a bad taste in my mouth and I don't buy things when I get that negative feeling and end up logging off. Terrible marketing strategy.
