Brett was phenomenal. In a time when high-pressure sales tactics are the norm, Brett was low-key and cordial, making for a stress-free transaction. He was informative and up front about the timelines we could expect for items that were not in stock. Definitely intend to return to fit out other rooms in the house.

View on GoogleRuth, the designer is very very knowledgeable on the products and friendly and hopeful. The manager met NFM prices including free delivery. We have purchased other furniture from them in the past and their customer service has remained the same after changing hands. Highly recommend you check them out.
