Lichti's TV, Appliance, & Furniture Center

We are a family of six; three of which are teens and change clothes multiple times a day. We use our washer and dryer several times every day. When our dryer died and we were told it was a motor we elected to buy instead of repair. We generally go to NFM when we need appliances that day because they have so much in-stock. On a whim I called Lichti’s because it’s so much closer and was delighted that they had the washer/dryer in stock and it was available for the same price as NFM. Darlene was so helpful on the phone and I completed my purchase in just minutes. They also service what they sell so I feel very comfortable with my purchase. I am am the proud owner of a commercial grade Speed Queen washer/dryer and it’s free 7 year warranty!

Merchandise is nice, but overpriced. There were some very nice people working there (which is the only reason I gave more than 1 star), but the owner is outright insulting. When I was browsing in the store and he approached me and told me the items I happened to be looking at are fairly inexpensive and looks like they should be right in my price range without asking anything about me and he just based it off my appearance? I considered purchasing one of the clocks, but after that unprompted interaction I absolutely will not buy anything from this store...ever.

Went in to look at stoves and a woman approached me , began giving me the rules involved in buying from them. Delivery and accessory rules before I ever looked at a stove. I just left

I found myself in the unenviable position of having my Air Conditioner fail. The sales and service I received when looking for a replacement from Lichti's was amazing! They were able to quickly suggest a new air conditioner at a good price and even delivered to the upstairs bedroom within 20 minutes of purchase. I highly recommend them for all your appliance and furniture needs. They are my go to store. Update: The air conditioner is working great! We went in today looking for a new refrigerator. The selection was vast, and sales staff was knowledgeable. We were able to quickly find what we wanted and at a price that was within our budget!

A family owned business established 60 years ago. Great service. Helpful staff. Darin, one of the owners. Greatest us in the parking lot as we were coming in. Directed us to appliances and said he would be over to answer any questions in a minute. He then answered all our questions, gave very informative knowledge on products and helped us find what we were looking for. For a family appliance/Furniture store to be open this long in the same location in a town of less than 9,000 people, that tells you that they are doing something right and are here to provide fair pricing and great customer service. to the community.
