Baillio's has been a great choice for me and my family. I bought anew speed queen washer and dryer. A fridge, and a new mattress. Ivan Adame has been a great sales person to us, one of the best. Delivery guys always top notch. Today They sent 4 guys to install my fridge and mattress. They worked hard and got the job done. Thanks again guys.

JOSE is the best. He installed my stove, very detailed, cares, makes sure everything is level and installed correctly. Ask for Jose to deliver for you. Awesome customer service from MARTHA in sales, very thorough. Very helpful, educates you. Best customer service!!

We were due for our range to be replaced. Did to usual shopping around. narrowed it down to an LG, KitchenAid or Samsung. Were told by the big box stores none of the models that we were interested in were in stock and would take about a week or more to get in. Some store actually told use that a delivery was required and no a pick up from the store. Ended up at Baillio's talking to Martha in the appliances. department. She was very informative, courteous and professional. Decided on getting the LG ThinQ ProBake. When I asked about the lead-time, expecting to hear one week, No! In-stock! Agreed on a price and picked it up the same day. Definity a win-win situation. Had it for a week now and really liking the LG AND doing business with Baillio's.

Unlike the utter lack of installer communication, appliance delivery, and customer service and we received at Lowes, Baillios has been top notch.
