We did some research online trying to find our next set of living room furniture. After almost purchasing online we decided to go to Mor and at least sit in them to see if we liked them. As soon as we walked in Erica greeted us and helped us find the model we were looking for. The sofa, loveseat and recliner were perfect and they had them in stock so we decided to purchase right away. Erica was so nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks!

We had the absolute best experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Yudith! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us right away with such a warm and welcoming attitude.
Throughout our visit, we kept changing our minds and going back and forth on what we wanted, but Yudith was endlessly patient and super kind with us the entire time. She even kept checking in to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. Excellent customer service from start to finish—we couldn't be more grateful for her help!

We had an excellent experience at Mor Furniture, and Kyle truly made it exceptional. We purchased two separate couch sets, and when you’re spending over $6,000 in one purchase, this level of service isn’t just appreciated — it’s a must.
Kyle answered every question thoroughly and honestly. He even unhooked the sectional on request to show us exactly how it attaches and walked us through different configuration options so we could customize everything to fit our home perfectly.
As an informed consumer, I really valued his respectful, no-pressure approach. He didn’t hover, follow us around, or sit on every couch with us. Instead, he gave us the space to shop, talk, and make informed decisions, while still keeping up thoughtful, informed conversation. He was well-versed in the research we had already done on Mor’s website, including product details, delivery, financing, and store policies.
If Kyle didn’t immediately know an answer, his response was exactly what you want to hear: “I’m not sure, but let’s find out.” That honesty and follow-through builds real trust — especially on a purchase of this size.

Kendall went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and supported from start to finish of our home furnishing process! He helped us find the perfect couch, dining set, coffee table, and end table that all go together so well. His explanations of the coverage and delivery policies were clear and easy to understand. The prices of the pieces were unmatched and his positive, cheerful demeanor was the cherry on top! Would give Kendall and this experience more than 5 stars if we could.

I really appreciate Bruce as my salesman. He is very welcoming, very kind, answered my questions and I did not feel pressured. He allowed me to walk the store and he would come check on me and answer all of my questions. I appreciate the quality of the product I purchased. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who is looking for any type of home furnishing.
