Bear's Furniture & Mattress 1st

We went to Bears Furniture & Mattress to get new living room furniture. The store manager Angie Fetty helped us pick something out. She was very helpful and knew just what we were looking for. Very excited and cant wait to recieve our new sofa and recliner. Thank you again Angie 😁

Zane did wonderful working with Grandma. He let her take her time, trying all different chairs and lamps. He never rushed us or made her feel like she had to quickly make a decision. Both the in store and delivery experiences were top notch. Bears furniture is highly recommended.

The customer service is top notch! If the manager Angie is assisting you, you will be glad she did! She went above and beyond to understand our needs for the limited space in our living room when looking for a loveseat. When the item wasn't there in the showroom, ordering was no issue and was only a 2 week wait! Our only concern is that the brands of furniture offered here are some of the same you could pick up at a local box store for less money but, you cannot beat the personalized service at Bear's‼️

I love working with Angie to pick out my new bed. She help we figure out how firm I wanted the mattress and then she left me along to test it. She didn't hover or try to push my decision. She did the same when I decided I want to get an adjustable base. When it came to paying, she explain my options and let me know the pros and cons of each options. I would happily work with her again when I need more furniture.

We recently purchased a couch, loveseat and chair from Bears in Franklin and would highly recommend them. We visited the store twice before finally purchasing our furniture, and had wonderful experience. Angie was a pleasure to work with. The first time we stopped there we were just looking and get ideas for our new house. We felt at ease from the moment we got there. Angie talked to us initially but then just let us look and take our time. No pressure at all which we really appreciated. The second time we stopped, after we decided what we wanted, Angie was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out our colors and materials. We were allowed to take some of the fabrics home to match them with our rug colors which was very helpful. Overall we just had a great experience and would highly recommend Bears and specifically Angie for all your furniture needs. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and gives you honest opinions, with no pressure whatsoever.
