Bed Pros Mattress - New Port Richey

Go see Ricardo! He's a jem! My son loves his new bed!!! I sneak naps on it too lol Ready to get a Temperpedic for myself!!

Today we went in and met with Ricardo, he was very accommodating. I would send anybody I know to do business there , great experience with everything.5 star plus .

Matt Frick was awesome he helped be find exactly what I was looking for. Great salesman just told me what I needed to know without all the BS and extensive sales pitches. Really easy going and thorough. Helped me find a great deal and got it delivered as soon as possible. Really honest. Would 100% refer friends here and come back.

After shopping all the mattress stores within our local, it was a no-brainer to purchase the bed we did. Mr. Oertel , Our customer rep had more knowledge about mattresses than ALL the reps from all the stores we went to. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs. Update: 3/31/2025 Initially, I wrote a glowing review praising Mr. Oertel for his knowledge and service. However, my experience post-purchase has been a complete nightmare. We purchased a Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress for nearly $7,000, which arrived with a suspected internal defect. Mr. Oertel promised to follow up with the owners to arrange a replacement, claiming they were on vacation. This was most likely a lie. He consistently dodged our calls, emails, and texts, despite assurances from another store that he was 'working on it.' He simply blocked us. To add insult to injury, when we tried to escalate the issue to his regional manager, we were told she was also on vacation, further delaying any resolution. Our warranty expired due to his blatant negligence and dishonesty. We are now stuck with a defective, extremely expensive mattress. His complete lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling. I strongly advise against trusting Mr. Oertel for any post-sale support. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and costly. Use your own judgement when dealing with him. I am not sure if the company itself is aware of his actions as other (store) reviews appear good. You should feel ashamed of yourself Mr. Oertel! To understand why I've given a two-star rating, please consider the details of my experience as outlined in this review. This review reflects my direct personal experience as a customer, detailing the events and interactions that occurred during my attempt to resolve the issue.

Update 5/5/25 Mattresses are a no go. Please do your research on what you lay on, it makes a world of difference. These mattresses didn’t hold up for no more than 6 months and our backs were hurting. The sole reason for getting them was for better back support. Bed Pros is a wonderful store for purchasing mattresses. Steve is a top notch salesman. Delivery was quick and easy with no issues. Great professional service!
