Comfort Zone

I didn’t even step foot in the store – I just called on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. David picked up the phone himself and gave me the most thoughtful, thorough mattress consultation I’ve ever had in my life. I explained that my wife and I have completely opposite sleep needs. I am a side sleeper plus we have a dog that thinks the bed is his personal trampoline. Instead of rushing me or reading from a script, David asked detailed questions, really listened, and then walked me through every option like he genuinely wanted us to get the best possible sleep. No pressure, no upselling – just honest, expert advice tailored exactly to what we needed. He explained the differences between hybrids, latex, cooling tech, and motion isolation so clearly that I finally understood why our old mattress was failing us. When I told him our budget, he didn’t flinch; he found the perfect mattress that checked every single box and still came in under what we planned to spend. Delivery was seamless and we’ve been sleeping better than we have in years. I woke up this morning with zero aches for the first time in forever. David is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly cares about getting his customers the right sleep solution. You can tell this isn’t just a business to him – it’s a passion. I will never buy a mattress from anyone else again, and I’ve already recommended him to all my friends and family. Thank you, David, for being so wonderful to work with – even over the phone you made this the easiest and best purchase we’ve ever made! Highly, highly recommend. 💤❤️

The shopping experience was great my sister and I both purchased Murphy beds. Post purchase I had a concern regarding the mattress. I spoke with the manager David and it was taken care of immediately. Great customer service worth mentioning. Thanks Comfort Zone! SN: I also purchased a sofa sleeper which is great!

I had a family emergency and flew in from out of town to help, my Aunt needed a new bed but I only had a limited time to be here, and David and the folks at Comfortzone took great care of me. They brought in the new bed and hauled off the old one no problem, all done remotely because of the situation. Our family was so relieved!! Great people and great service!!

Pat was a great help! We’d gone to about three different Murphy bed stores in the area and Comfort Zone had the cheapest price by $1000. Delivery is estimated to be quick and cheap.

David was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The selection of Murphy bed cabinets was impressive. We didn’t know much about Murphy beds but David was so informative we decided the cabinet bed was perfect for us
