If I could give this store a rating of a minus - 10, I would! BUYER BEWARE . Salespeople are fine, the quality of what you are paying for and what they are selling….is NOT! We bought a brand new queen size box-spring, and mattress from them for our guest room 8 months ago. Now, a large section on the inside of the mattress literally collapsed. No structure, it’s like a big round sink hole. It was slept on maybe 10 times. We’re completely disgusted and shocked. Please, do yourself and your family a favor…..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE the quality is horrendous and a complete waste of hard earned money. It’s sad and absurd to think you’d pay good money for a mattress like this and it only last 8 months in a guest room!! The owner “who doesn’t normally respond to negative reviews” quickly alerted me to the fact they don’t manufacture their products…. I never said they manufactured the mattress, what I said was….save your money, the products they’re selling are bad quality and that is a fact.
View on GoogleI am not recommending this establishments. My wife and I, with two friends from church. We visited this store on the 20th of July, at 1:30. There was one sales man in the store; he was assisting another customer. We informed he we would look around until he was available. My friend asked if he could use the restroom, the sales man informed him no. He said he could not manage everything with him in the restroom. I guess he thought we would steal a mattress. He informed us to go to one of the restaurants in the area. We immediately departed the store and went across the street to sleep number, our first question was could we use the restroom the answer was yes. We spent over $15,000.00, at sleep number.

Since having 2 kids I have had so much back pain and I needed a firm mattress at a good price. Adam helped us find the perfect one and even went above. Thank you for all your help!
View on GoogleI am thrilled with how I was treated here. I was immediately greeted by Trevon. He helped us decide which firmness we were looking for. Then he asked about our budget. He did everything that he could to meet my expectations with the budget while ensuring that we would have a quality mattress. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything here and was a relaxed sales environment.
