BUYER BEWARE!! Absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with and trying to run a scam! Purchased box springs in Feb/March 2024. Delivery was an issue as they are limited. I had to reschedule delivery one time and then the store had to reschedule a second time. In the interim my mother was hospitalized in MN and passed away. I called to reschedule from their missed delivery and the owner could not have been ruder! Lectured me on rescheduling even though it was them who had to reschedule. I immediately cancelled the entire sale with him over the phone and demanded a full refund. To date...almost a year later...I have not received my money back. Today the owner was super rude again and told me to dispute it with my credit card company. I told him that this was NOT a credit card dispute - this was a cancelled sale because of them and that my money was not refunded. He could not hang up fast enough and said he would look into it. I whole heartedly do not believe this man or this store. Is this how they make money? They just refuse to refund and deliver zero product?? INSANE. I will be taking them to court as it was a big sale and I have the time to do it. I have given them plenty of time to refund my money.

I'm new to the area and had no idea where to go for a decent deal on groceries, let alone a good mattress. My mom was buying a mattress as a moving in present for my family and we wanted to get something decent while not breaking the bank. We went too a few different locations to see what we liked. The only store that was able to get us something we really enjoyed was the Mattress Firm in Bluffton. It's the one by Golden Corral. Chase was the only guy there at the time, he was able to answer phones, and conduct his business all while giving us awesome customer service. He is new to the area, and just brought his wife and baby to the low-country. He was honest and upfront, listened and understood our situation all while giving us a very good deal on a mattress that we loved; he did it because we loved the mattress and not because he wanted the sale so bad that he pushed us into something. I hate dealing with sales people, but it felt nothing like that here, his customer service was above and beyond normal. He made us feel like he actually gave a crap about what happened to us after we payed. He was a great guy and made our experience perfect, and he even followed up with us to make sure the delivery went off without a hitch. Bottom line: If you live anywhere near the 29910 zip-code and have a problem with your sleep, go to mattress firm and see Chase. I promise you wont be disappointed.

We went in the store and had a great experienced. We received a friendly welcome from Alexis and I was impressed with her knowledge of the different mattress and all their details. We purchased a mattress the same visit and Adam gave us what I felt was a more than fair pair. The delivery man quickly and politely removed our old mattress and set up our new one. Happy with our purchase and to finally not wake up with an aching back.

Alexis, the store manager, and the owner were both very helpful. The store has so many choices, and it’s too confusing to try a whole lot of mattresses. They steered us toward 3 different mattresses and we decided on the hybrid. It’s been almost a month now, and I’ve had the best sleep in a long time - very happy with our purchase. Worked with us to deliver quickly (next day) and on price. Highly recommend.

I was promised delivery the following day between 1-5. It was 4:30 and no mattress. No phone call... I called and they said it would be there tomorrow and that they would throw in a mattress pad for the inconvenience. I received the mattress with the wrong size pad. The manager told me I could pick it up in Bluffton. This was the second time I ran into problems with this store. I bought a mattress a few months ago and that was a really bad experience. The delivery showed up two days late, the driver plowed into my tree and and left a 10’ portion of my tree on the ground. It took them a week to deliver my bed frame after they had forgot to bring with original shipment. The only reason i gave them a second chance was because the manager explained How they were under new management and assured me this would not happen again. BTW- I was offered a discount for writing a positive review. So be cautious!
