First time I bought a queen size mattress in 2018 and then went back to purchase a king size mattress in 2022. Customer service was great in the store and very helpful in selecting the right mattress for me. When I went from a queen size to a king size mattress I just reordered the same mattress from before because of how great it is. Highly recommended to anyone needing a new mattress/bed or just wanting a change for better sleep.
View on GoogleThis is the first time in dealing with these folks. I was greeted upon arrival by our former mayor who owns the business! Told him what I was looking for and what price range I hoped for. He not only showed me several in my price range but also gave me a holiday discount as well as taking the old one out free of charge. Other stores in our area are now charging $99 due to changes at the landfill. Delivery was a half hour earlier than expected & the folks set it up as well. They were in & out in no time. I've frequented other mattress stores in my area over the years but this will be my new 'go to' store in the future. I will also recommend them to others. Scott showed me the beds that would fit my needs and price range and genuinely cared about helping me find a bed that suits my needs without being pushy. I decided to wait until Labor Day weekend to see if I could score a better deal. Almost four weeks later I come back into the store and Scott both remembered me, my needs, and that I was looking for a good deal. He immediately talked me through their Labor Day sales and helped me find the absolute best bed! Jack was also great to work with! Plus, they offer free delivery and were able to deliver my bed the next day.
