Sleep Number

We had a good experience with the exception that Colline Gootee was the only employee working that day. She was overwhelmed by customers. She move from customer to customer trying her best. We thought about leaving but gave her a chance. She was very helpful and insured we were satisfied. I give her a 10 for customer service. Order our bed on Saturday 2/14/26. Received all the items on 2/20/26.

Don’t waste your money! Customer service might as well be google to figure out the issues you’re going to have! High cost replacement parts, cheaper to buy a new conventional bed than to fix this junk! We’ve had this bed for about 5 years, most of which it’s lost connection to WiFi nightly even though it sits two feet away from the router. Recently we have lost the air pump, mattress or both on one side and customer service is zero help, hence the google comment above as it’ll be more informative.

Great store! We went in shopping for a bed with lots of questions. We had the privilege of working with Colline. She showed us several different beds and answered every question we had including several phone calls and was quick to let us know when one of the beds we like showed up listed at 40% off. Great shopping experience!!

We recently made a stop in the Cheyenne Sleep Number store. We didn't know what to expect, but it was a wonderful experience! I joked that it was like a theme park for restoration and relaxation. It was awesome to try out the different beds and pick out our sleep numbers (firmness). Our customer experience was exceptional. Nathan was very personable, friendly, and informed. He taught us all about the technology and spent a long while with us as we tried out different styles. Colleen also helped us check out and she was also very kind and helpful. We didn't feel pressured, instead it was like chatting with friends. We can't wait to try out our new i8! Thank you Nathan and Colleen for a superb mattress shopping experience.

Caleb,at the Cheyenne, WY store, was extremely friendly and helpful with our questions. Sleep Number is fortunate to have such an excellent employee!
