BedMart Mattress Superstores

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Taylor at BedMart in Medford! From the moment I first walked in, Taylor was welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand my needs. She walked me through all the different mattress options, availability, pricing, and helped narrow things down based on the specific comfort and support I was looking for. I returned the next day with my fiancé, and once again, Taylor went above and beyond, patiently guiding us through everything again without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She was informative, kind, and focused on making sure we found something that really worked for both of us. Thanks to Taylor, we ended up with a fantastic mattress that we absolutely love. Her professionalism, care, and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Taylor, she’s the best

Good for the most part. Owners doesn’t know his own financing partner well enough. Failed to let me know about all the key qualifications before applying. Hard pull - I could have easily told the guy I wouldn’t be qualified if he let me know you needed a 700+ score. Only offer Wells Fargo financing or cash.

BEST EXPERIENCE SO FAR ! Taylor was amazing, she listened to our needs and met them above and beyond. After going to many bed stores, We didn’t have to look any further. She was super professional , honest and trustworthy . it was super easy for us to pick our 3 beds with her help. Couldn’t have done it without such an amazing employee! ASK FOR TAYLOR !! 10 thumbs up 👍 ❤️

Family atmosphere & the service was great! Even better was the food, it was seasoned well with just the right amount of portions.
