Sleep Number

Will never buy a different bed EVER AGAIN! 4 years ago we packed up and hit the road. We packed our SN bed into storage and today, after resettling I'm resurrecting our SN bed. The foam surrounding it did not do well in the interim so I called the Medford Oregon store we purchased it from to get replacement for the foam. I spoke with Laurie who found me in the data base from 9 years ago, gave me my customer #, the bed # and the 800 # to call for my need. She was pleasant, efficient and informative. Great customer service with a smile. Thank you Laurie and thank you Sleep Number for making such a quality product. Now I can sleep well and not wake up sore.

Laurie W was absolutely wonderful!!!! I wasnt sure where the store was and gps had me accross the street at the mall. She was great with directions and was even jumping up and down so I knew where to turn. She was very helpful in choosing the mattress to fit the needs of Allen. Need more people like her working with the public. It was close to closing and most people wouldnt have been as pleasant and helpful as she was. Thanks Again, Carla Jeffers Allen Wilkes

The sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We also bought pillows that were suggested, they are great, sleeping much better now.

My issue is not the store but the product. I ordered a replacement cover & air chambers on April 3 it was supposed be 4-7 days to process order. I called on April 17 since I hadn't received anything & no tracking info on site. They told me their was an issue with manufacturer of cover but it wouldn't be long. We split the order as air chamber was in stock (mine was leaking) and received it within a week. Fast forward 2 MONTHS still nothing on cover. Called again on June 4, same spiel on manufacturer issue but soon. Requested a discount since I'm paying interest on an item I have not received, "nothing they can do and I just have to be patient". I wasso pleased with my bed, I bought 1 for my mother & she's had nothing but problems with air chambers had them replaced twice in 5 years, at a cost each time! I will never recommend their beds! In fact I went elsewhere to purchase a 3rd & 4th beds Ghost beds from Costco they're not sleepnumber but they are adjustable, no issues with them! With sleepnumber I have had nothing but headaches & poor customer experiences. Don't buy!!! Received your reply I have already spent over a hour hour on each of my calls to that number! We had a wonderful experience at the Medford Sleep Number store. Linda Jones was very thorough in her presentation and explaining all choices for our bed purchase. I loved having the one on one attention.
