This is our second bed purchase at BBD. We purchased a queen size 10 years ago. My husband wanted to get a king size. I said only if we can get the same exact kind. Logan was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and had great recommendations.

BBD is the best! Staff is always knowledgeable and thorough. I felt confident purchasing my bed and have several Omni pillows. If you’re in the market for a bed or pillows, this is the place to go!

Our bed is almost 1.5 years old. It is the worst $2,793.93 ever spent. They have taken our bed in 3 or 4 times to "fix" it. The indentations on the sides are substantially different then the firmness in the center. This last time they took the bed in the representative told me the bed was in great condition and that the wear was normal. Then he preceeded to tell me that my issues in the mattress could only be fixed by purchasing an adjustable base for around $5,500.00 The craftsmanship of this bed falls short in my eyes for the price paid. FYI: my stepson just got a new bed from Conlin's Furniture after his started sagging at the 2 year mark at no cost to him.

We love our Omni Pillows! I washed mine and ruined it and was looking for advice and they gave me 50% off a new one. We definitely wanted the pillow replaced as we love using them that much! It is great for sleeping on my side, back, and even stomach! Highly recommend! And their customer service is top notch.

We have had great experiences with our BBD bed! First purchase was in 2016, and now we just upgraded. We are very impressed with the quality and customer service experience that we have received both times. Keep up the good work!
