Mattress Firm Fargo 13th Ave

Excellent experience from the moment I entered the store. Despite the appearance of a small building compared to some others, the selection was better than most of the "large" storefront mattress shops. None had a better array of price points. There were two local shops that put forth their best foot when listening to my wants and needs, and the sales staff at Mattress Firm went the extra mile, thus earning my business. More importantly, they've gained my appreciation for the experience in the store and the delivery process. Mattress Firm promised some services concerning delivery and the setup of my new bed and they met or exceeded them all. I'm not home at the moment. If I were, I would add a photo or two. I've been hospitalized nearly two months and this bed feels like Heaven on Earth compared to what I've slept on for weeks!! I strongly recommend Mattress Firm!

Lara and all of staff were very knowledgeable on what we were looking for. They were not over pushy but still made sure the fit was what we were looking for. Very pleasant shopping experience and they were all very personable to deal with.
