Berk’s has a great selection, fantastic customer service and it is a wonderful family business. We bought a new couch, easy chair, and Amish bed frame. Berk’s prices were so fair and there were great deals, while the furniture quality far exceeded our expectations. All made in the USA, solid, beautiful, and all built to last. We are so thrilled with our furniture and our experience at Berks.

A+ experience! The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and was not in the least bit pushy, we really liked him. Delivery was also outstanding. Very professional delivery people that brought in our new sofa and set it up in the living room. Could not ask for a better experience beginning to end - Plus, I shopped around and they had the best selection at the best price. I highly recommend this business.

I will be buying my furniture from here from now on. Amazing customer service! I wasn’t hounded by the sales team, and they really listened to our wants/ needs, and helped us out with suggestions and matching! They delivered my couch in one week and it took about 20 minutes. All around would recommend for customer service and the quality of their furniture.

Tim Moran is the sales person who assisted me in the store. There is a huge selection of furniture to see. I found a sofa & ottoman that met my needs. Being able to choose the fabric was of importance. The staff who scheduled delivery and delivery team were wonderful. I am so happy with my new sofa. Definitely recommend buying quality furniture from here.

Garrett was phenomenal! Huge help at the Outlet store. He was knowledgeable, flexible and very patient. He was able to fit delivery of a full six pieces of furniture for my new place less than three days after we shopped. The “Mike’s” were also great delivery guys. Professional, outgoing, and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of mattresses, couches, and entire furniture sets!
