I was very surprised when I walked into this store. I never expected to see such beautiful and good quality furniture that that have. In fact I bought a chaise lounge for my living room on the spot and I had been looking for quite a while. The Salesman Joel was very kind and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. As well as Florence from their main store down the street on Mountain Ave in Hackettstown NJ. As you will see in my pictures some of them especially with the beautiful clocks (as I am a clock fanatic) we're at the main store the rest were from the outlet with the big tags on them. A big 10 Stars!! Shout-out to Florence & Joel!!!
View on GoogleThe couch I bought has a fair price, excellent warranty (frame and cushions), and lots of material options. The delivery men were polite ands efficient. They also hauled old couch away (for a fee). I will shop here again. Tim Moran is a nice guy to work with.
View on GoogleThere is no comparison between Berks Furniture and the big chain furniture store stores. The service at Berks is beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. The salesman Tim was laid-back, low-key, no pressure and just helpful as could be. The prices are excellent and no more than what I would’ve paid at one of the large chain stores. I got an organic mattress made in New Jersey. And a custom-made bedframe made by the Amish in the United States of America. They have their own service people and delivery people… Nothing is subcontracted out to strangers who have a truck. Every person I dealt with Displayed customer service excellence. It is the only place I will shop for Furniture. I give Berks 15 stars out of a possible 10!
View on GoogleI brought two chairs, coffee table, and rug from them. I love the way they look. The guys were very nice when delivering. BTW, delivery charge was $99.00. The furniture is very inexpensive as well. All the furniture is very sturdy.
View on GoogleOur experience at Berks was consistently good. David, our salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The process was effortless. The delivery was two days after the purchase. Robert and Mike, the delivery crew, were courteous, respectful and efficient. I recommend all.
