Everything went really well. Paid on line. They got in touch with me the next day. And stayed in touch until the mattress was removed. I live 30 minutes from Pittsfield so I thought the price they charged was a bargain. Would recommend them to anyone.

View on GoogleCalled them and the very next day they were here to pick up my mattresses. Very friendly fast response will definitely be calling them again in the future.
View on GoogleI was nervous when the website didn't take my address after payment, but they scheduled me for pickup the next day. Loaded up my rain-soggy mattress without complaint. And, I don't have to feel bad for throwing a mattress in a landfill.
