Absolutely great time here. Was the 3rd store we looked in for couches/sectionals and the experience was great. Salesman went above and beyond looking for different combinations and potential special features. Got updates throughout on delivery and it all went smoothly. Delivery team was efficient and professional. There was a typo in my email so I called customer service to fix it and wow. Gentleman on the phone was very bubbly and professional at 4pm which is a feat in that field so props there. Overall great experience and I expect to return for additional purchases.

We never felt any pressure and Ray gave us the space and time to make a decision. We really appreciated that above all. Our sofa comes tomorrow and we can’t wait to enjoy it!
View on GoogleSo, we have not yet completed the purchase as the store was having an issue with their Intranet and getting the order placed. That said, we were extremely impressed with our salesman, Scott (he was knowledgeable, helpful, BIT did not hover over us like a as bull as I have found to happen in so many other furniture stores), the large variety and selections, as well as the quality of the furniture. Overall, a GREAT experience!

The Black series Three pillow top mattresses is so so comfortable!! We got free Delivery and Removal a $25 digital gift card just for trying in the Mattress!! The Delivery team was outstanding! Thanks for the great experience in Store and on the delivery

He was very helpful to resolve my issue and assisted me with purchasing another chair. He went above and beyond for me to help out when he wasn't obligated to help.
