My kudos to David the gentleman who assisted me in my selection! Two weeks ago, I lost my husband and I needed a sales person, someone who was kind, considerate of my needs and budget! David made me laugh for that short period of time! I selected a suitable mattress and box springs to place on my 130 year old pineapple bed! Although my grief is strong, I will lay on my bed and sink in the precious memories of life with my beloved! Bernadette QS
View on GoogleI stopped by Best Mattress looking for a king size mattress for my newly purchased bedroom set. I worked with Stuart, who was fantastic. He first had me complete an AI mattress assessment to determine my mattress preference. Going in, I indicated I preferred a semi firm to firm feel. The AI assessment confirmed my preference and off we went, looking at quality, firm / semi-firm mattresses. After testing several mattresses and different price points, we landed on the perfect mattres for me! Thanks Stuart for your patience and professionalism!
View on GoogleThe mattress exchange guarantee is a lie! When I try to exchange the mattress they said I had to pay $1,100!! They WILL NOT honor their contract. They lost a great customer. Paid $4,800 for a mattress they said I can’t exchange even though I tried doing it the first week I had it. I received a message from your store in North Las Vegas telling me you will reduce the price for exchange to $750. Thanks but NO THANKS. You’re still trying to make more money instead of making things right.
