Stopped at Best Mattress simply to browse. Upon arrival we're met by Dan and asked how he might help. Very understanding and accommodating showing and demonstrating several beds. Although not planning to purchase a bed, the prices and flexibility fit perfectly into my bedroom upgrade. Dan made the entire purchase process clear and comfortable. I highly recommend the Rainbow Location for anyone in need of a new mattress!

From the start of the process, Mr. Dan was on it. Answered every question, patient and extremely nice and professional. The delivery service he promised would happen the next day, actually happened as he said it would. They texted us at the crack of dawn to give us a timeframe of 3 hours, that was followed by a “en route” text. The delivery took not even 10 mins. Would I come and purchase again from this establishment, most definitely.
