We received a wonderful loveseat and couch set. We were very pleased with how it looked. Even though there was a small problem with the couch when we received it, the service we received, and the turnaround with the repair was amazing. They went out of their way to take care of us to make us happy. I would highly recommend this furniture store to anyone!!!

After walking into every furniture store in Plymouth, Williamson, Washington, and several in Greenville we found our couch at Big Bargain Furniture. It was not the bargain or the couch that won our hearts. Nope! It was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Crystal and Joe listened and answered our questions without making us feel like we were tire kickers. The owner actually told us he needed us and we want to support small business. He made us a great deal. The next day Crystal and Joe delivered our couch with the same enthusiasm. We believe Crystal and Joe are an asset to the company and look forward to stopping in again soon. Big Thanks!

This is not a bargain furniture store. This is a small business with high priced furniture. The name of this store is very misleading and the furniture is not even unique. I saw the exact same pieces ive seen at other large chain furniture stores but for more money here.

I've known the owners for several years now. They are honest, and up front. Great selection, and they back up their products. You can tell they don't just want to sell you a piece of furniture, but rather build a relationship that results in satified repeat customers. Very happy with my purchases! I have sent multiple friends and family members here, and they have walked away feeling the same way every time.
