They handled the delivery but never mentioned that my bed frame needed additional rails to properly support it. After a short time, the bed started sagging badly. When I contacted them about the problem, they refused to honor the warranty. I followed every step they gave me, but they still wouldn’t take responsibility. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they improve their communication, product quality, and warranty support.

I was able to lay on each one and choose the one best suited to my liking. Applying for financing was quick and easy. Overall I didn't have any complaints and the experience was perfect.
